Start your career at Klasmann-Deilmann with ourinternational trainee program as a product specialist for the horticulture market. Within 12 months, you will gain intensive insights into our technical customer advice and support as well as our product development.

Exciting tasks await you during and after the trainee program

• Support and consulting of customers in international horticultural markets in Asia
• Visiting customers in different markets to learn about cultivation practices and formulate advice
• Assist in product and cultivation trials in the company’s research facilities
• Using test data for customer advice
• Contributing to product development based on findings from discussions with customers
• Participate in an innovation project developing new growing media of the future
• Support the role-out of innovative products to the market

Here you can develop your strength

• Specialist qualification as a horticultural technician, master craftsman in horticulture or University degree in the field of horticulture or agricultural sciences
• High affinity for horticultural topics (plant nutrition, substrates, trials, etc.)
• Structured, independent way of working and team spirit
• Willingness to travel frequently and to start your professional career internationally
