Our sales trainee program will prepare you for your future career. Key topics will be sales coordination, product marketing, key account management and supporting our Commercial Director in all sales matters. During the 12-month trainee program, you will also have the opportunity to get to know different locations at Klasmann-Deilmann. You will expand your knowledge with in-depth on-the-job training based on an individual plan.

Your profile

• Bachelor‘s or Master‘s degree in business/sales, preferably with courses/knowledge in horticulture
• Affinity for agriculture/horticulture
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and account planning
• Project management skills and a structured and process-orientated mindset
• Good analytical, conceptual and communication skills
• Intercultural sensitivity and competence
• High mobility and willingness to travel from time to time
• Fluent English and preferably good knowledge of other languages (Dutch/French/Spanish/German)
