Company health scheme: a proactive policy
We run a highly proactive health management programme, the aim of which is to maintain, improve or restore our health and wellbeing as employees. Accordingly, we include health management as an integral part of all our business practices.
Preventive health check-ups are regularly carried out. Free flu vaccinations are available every autumn. Management and the works council have also signed an agreement offering gym membership to employees, for which Klasmann-Deilmann covers a substantial part of the costs.
