Our sales trainee program will prepare you for your future career. Key topics will be sales coordination, product marketing, key account management and supporting our Commercial Director in all sales matters. During the 12-month trainee program, you will also have the opportunity to get to know different locations at Klasmann-Deilmann. You will expand your knowledge with in-depth on-the-job training based on an individual plan.

Your profile

• Bachelor‘s or Master‘s degree in business administration/sales, preferably with courses/knowledge in horticulture
• Interested in substrates/growing media and innovations as well as the future and trends in the international horticultural market
• Good analytical, conceptual and communication skills
• Enthusiastic, open and proactive appearance with an interest in networking
• Intercultural sensitivity and competence
• High mobility and willingness to travel from time to time
• Fluent in English and preferably good knowledge of other languages (Dutch/German)
