Thank you for your interest in our recruitment portal and our company. We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and your privacy. Accordingly, we should now like to inform you about the collection and use of your personal data in the course of our recruitment management in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations.

Collection and use of personal data
We have taken comprehensive technical and organisational precautions to protect the personal data we store against unauthorised access and/or misuse. Our safety precautions are regularly reviewed and adjusted in line with technical progress.
All personal data that you enter into our recruitment portal, inclusive of all data in any attachments you send, will be used solely for recruitment purposes. As a fundamental principle, your data will be disclosed only to the internal departments of our company which are responsible for the application process concerned. Depending on the application procedure, it may be necessary to forward your application data to subsidiaries of the Klasmann-Deilmann Group. Employees who have access to your data are not permitted to use the data for any other purposes and are bound by an obligation to maintain secrecy.
Your application data will not be used for any purpose other than that stated above, nor will it be closed to any third parties.
Storage of your application data
Your data will be stored for up to 6 (six) months after conclusion of the application procedure.
If we are currently unable to offer you a vacancy but your application profile gives us reason to believe that you could potentially be suitable for a job vacancy in future, we shall store your personal application data for a period of twelve months, provided that you give your explicit content to such storage and use. On expiry of the foregoing storage periods, your application data will automatically be deleted from our IT system.
Right to information
You are entitled by law to request information free of charge about your stored data and to demand that the data is rectified, blocked or deleted.
